1. Website and contact
SwiftWorksheets is an independently maintained online worksheet-making service available at swiftworksheets.com. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
2. Worksheet data you create
Text, uploaded images, shapes and page layouts in the Editor are processed in your browser. The current service does not provide user accounts, cloud syncing, or a server-side worksheet storage feature. In normal use, worksheet content is not uploaded to SwiftWorksheets as part of editing, saving a local project, or printing/exporting a worksheet.
Please avoid placing sensitive student information in worksheets. Review the destination and contents before sharing or printing any file.
3. Information stored in your browser
The Editor uses browser localStorage to remember the current worksheet/project and language preferences on the device. This is not an online backup. Private browsing, browser data deletion, storage limits, and device changes may remove it. Download editable project files to keep your own backup. You can remove local site data using your browser settings.
4. Hosting, security and technical logs
The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and other infrastructure involved in delivering the website may handle connection information such as IP address, request time, user agent and security events to deliver the service and help protect against abuse. Processing and retention of such records depend on the provider's services and settings. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5. Fonts and third-party connections
The Editor requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google's font services and disclose technical connection data such as your IP address. Worksheet text is not intentionally transmitted as a worksheet upload for font loading. See Google's privacy policy.
6. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is optional on SwiftWorksheets. We do not load the Google Analytics tag unless you select “Allow analytics” in the consent panel. If accepted, Google may receive website route, device/browser and usage-event information, and set analytics cookies. We never intentionally send worksheet text, images, project filenames, form entries, or URL query parameters to analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings” on the site; this stops analytics and attempts to clear related first-party GA cookies. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics provider: Google LLC. The Editor advertising slot remains disabled; the local ad preview does not load advertising.
7. Emails sent to us
When you email support, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to send, and use it to answer questions, investigate technical issues, or handle privacy and copyright requests. Those messages are processed through our email provider and may remain in the mailbox until removed as part of support management. Please do not send identifiable student data or confidential worksheet files unless necessary.
8. Your choices and requests
You may delete locally saved project data through your browser settings. For requests relating to information that we handle through support email or website operations, contact [email protected]. We will review the request under applicable law and the data we actually control. Requests for information held independently by third-party providers may need to be addressed to them.
9. Changes
This notice may change when the website's features or service providers change. The publication date above shows when this version was updated. Read our Browser Storage & Cookies and Terms of Use.
