Effective draft: 12 October 2026 · Have these terms reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before commercial launch.
1. The service
SwiftWorksheets provides a browser-based worksheet editor, templates and basic generators. Features and availability may change, including during beta testing. Core use does not require an account.
2. Your content
You are responsible for materials you type, paste or import and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. We do not claim ownership of your original worksheet content. Browser-side edits are not a cloud-storage or backup service.
3. Templates and permitted use
You may customise SwiftWorksheets-provided template layouts and use resulting worksheets for teaching, classroom distribution and printing. Do not repackage the underlying website code, branding or full template library for redistribution without permission. Third-party assets retain their own licences.
4. Accuracy and classroom suitability
You must review generated arithmetic, questions, answer keys, layout and print output before giving worksheets to learners. We do not guarantee that every generated item will suit every curriculum or age group.
5. Prohibited uses
Do not unlawfully access, disrupt, scrape abusively, impersonate the service or distribute infringing or harmful materials through it. Do not interfere with advertisement delivery or attempt invalid advertising interactions.
6. Availability, files and backups
The service may be unavailable during updates or incidents. Download backups of important work; data stored only in your browser can be lost. We are not a substitute for professional archiving.
7. Advertisements and third parties
Third-party advertisements and linked services are governed by their own policies. Their appearance does not mean SwiftWorksheets endorses them.
8. Liability and local law
The service is offered on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer or privacy rights. Jurisdiction-specific operator and dispute-resolution details should be completed before commercial launch.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms with an updated date. Use the Contact page for legal or copyright enquiries.
